How to Maintain Healthy Hair

Hair is made of protein and it needs to be healthy and strong in order to grow. Iron is important for the production of red blood cells.

The first step in hair-care is your diet and the two most important things in your diet are iron and protein. Iron helps produce red blood cells which are essential for hair growth. Protein provides hair with the necessary nutrients it needs to stay strong and healthy.

Protein can be found in many different foods such as eggs, beans, lentils, soybeans, nuts, seeds, meat, poultry fish and cheese. Iron can be found in leafy greens such as spinach or kale as well as beans or lentils.

Hair is a part of our body that we often neglect. It is important to take care of it and provide it with the necessary nutrients.

There are many ways in which you can do this, but one of the easiest ones is by including iron-rich foods in your diet. So, try and include leafy vegetables, fish, pumpkin seeds, beans, chickpea, soybeans and cereals in your diet if you want healthy hair.

Hair is an important part of our physical appearance. It’s a symbol of youth and beauty. Hair also provides protection from the sun and keeps us warm in winter. But hair health is not just about how it looks, it’s also about how it feels, smells and behaves.

Some people have hair that is so thick that they can barely run their fingers through it when wet or dry. Others have hair so thin you can see their scalp peeking through when they brush their locks in the morning. And still others have a mix of both types of hair, which makes for a very interesting experience when shampooing your crowning glory in the shower!

It’s normal to lose 100 to 150 strands of hair a day so don’t panic when you see a small bunch crawling across your hair.

However, there are a few things you can do to keep it healthy.

1) Get a haircut that suits your hair type and face shape.

2) Avoid using too much heat on your hair as this can damage it.

3) Avoid using harsh chemicals on your hair such as bleach or dyes.

4) Get enough protein in your diet by eating foods such as eggs, chicken, beans and yogurt.

5) Use high-quality hair dryers
